Washing dishes with toilet gloves?

I have a new roomate. i told her several times not to use them, becuase we used them to use the toilet. She doesn't wanna wash the dishes without gloves becuase she could hurt her nails, so she went behind my back at night and washed the dishes with them. I was willing to wash them myself, which i have done a few times already, even though the deal was I cook and she clean. she agreed. I would rather do it myself than have her promise and not do it. I'm furious and i donno what to do. am i right to be angry? how sck will we get from this? she thinks clorox will fix everything, but i think it's overrated, esspecially for this. what should i do?Washing dishes with toilet gloves?
She is nasty! In addition, why can't you buy her another set of gloves, they are relatively cheap. Also, that is not very practical... not sure how unsanitary but I see how that could irritate you.

Try buying paper products as well, to limit the number of dishes you have.Washing dishes with toilet gloves?
OK, you just made me terribly sick to my stomach.

ugh!

This could make you very ill!

When you buy gloves, buy two different colors, one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom.

If this fails to keep the gloves in the proper places, I'd say cook and clean your own, and let her do for herself.
Just get another pair for kitchen use only.
Buy a box of surgical gloves (it is what I always use) at the pharmacy...they can be thrown out after each use....you can clean the toilet with them, throw them out, no one can use them on something else. She can use them to wash dishes, then be thrown out...that way everyone can be happy.
Clean the toilet with her tooth brush then rinse it off in the dish water......Same thing! She if she likes fecal matter in her mouth. Then get a new roommate.
Buy a second, differnt-color pair of gloves. On them, write DISHES ONLY w/ a black Sharpie pen. Place them where she can easily find them under the sink.

On the toilet pair, write TOILET ONLY.
go to the dollar store and buy another pair .....prob solved
OK....well i definitely agree with the fact that the bathroom items should not be mixed with the kitchen items!!!!!!!! and people think i'm just to picky with situations like this! well the only thing i can tell u is to disinfect all ur dishes, silverware, cups and throw out the sponge she used along with the gloves, and buy different color gloves for the kitchen from the bathroom ones. and if this ever happens again- which it shouldn't- solve this problem with disposable plates and cutlery. hope my answer was of some help.
Pee in the sink and see how she responds. Or you can buy her a pair of gloves for the dishes.
Germ germ i wouldn't want to eat off dishes that were washed in that way,now is the time to go out and buy a box of rubber gloves for the room mate and make sure she uses the right pair for the toilet and the kitchen ,i keep mine seperate the toilet ones stay in the toilet the kitchen ones stay in the kitchen.
Go buy more gloves or start using all paper plates, cups, etc. Maybe you can make sure to get the dishes done first.
Buy another pair of gloves in a different color and leave them by the kitchen sink......yes, that is sick
buy another set of gloves to use at the kitchen sink.
It won't kill I wash my dishes IN the toilet...it's great if you don't have a dishwasher, add soap and dishes, flush a couple times and your done! In short, just chill about it, it's not a big deal.
